Baldoni dropped after Lively’s complaint 24

Justin Baldoni is no longer a part of the WME client list. The move for the actor-director-producer to leave the agency was made by WME leadership on Saturday morning, partly triggered by the sexual harassment and retaliation complaint filed by It Ends With Us co-star and fellow producer Blake Lively on Friday. and fellow producer Blake Lively, Sources tell Deadline. Lively remains with WME agency which has managed to continue to book her roles even before her primary breakthrough.

The agency didn’t reply to requests for comment on this publication by Deadline. If and when that happens, it will be updated in the story. In a 10-claim complaint filed with the California Civil Rights Department on Friday, Blake accused Baldooni, his Wayfarer Studios production company, and all other individuals involved in promoting the film of engaging in sexual harassment and “a systematic attempt to vilify her.”

Baldooni’s It Ends With Us co-star and fellow producer Blake Lively, Sources tell Deadline. Lively continues to be represented by WME.

The agency did not respond to Deadline’s requests for comment. If and when they do, we will update the story.

Blake filed a 10-claim complaint late Friday with the California Civil Rights Department accusing Baldooni, his production company Wayfarer Studios and others involved in It Ends With Us of sexual harassment and “a coordinated effort to destroy her reputation.”

She outlines in the filing the hostile work environment that had threatened to halt the making of the film as well as the coordinated “Astroturfing” campaign that Baldooni and his company launched against her after the release of the film based on the Colleen Hoover novel.

The complaint contains complaints that Lively and/or her employees supposedly had on set being “exposed to nude videos or images of women including producer’s wife”, references to Baldooni’s or fellow producer Jamey Heath’s ‘pornography addiction”, and conversations “about personal experiences with sex”.

“Depiction of their genitalia,” “direct touching personnel, or making a sexual comment and such queries by Baldooni to Lively’s trainer without her permission to reveal her weight Baltoni and others inserting new “sex scenes, oral sex, or on-camera climax by [Lively] not in the script and other moves…”.

Baldooni, responding through attorney Bryan Freedman, dismissed the claims as “absolutely false, slanderous, defamatory, and. most notably, patently libelous with the clear and evident purpose of purposefully harming me publicly while regurgitating a manufactured story in the press.” Aside from writing It Ends With Us through Wayfarer Studios, Balodoni acted with Lively, he also directed the film based on domestic violence.fe,” mentions of Baldooni’s or fellow producer Jamey Heath’s “previous ‘pornography addiction’”, discussions “about personal experiences with sex”.

“Description of their genitalia” and “personal, physical touching of, or sexual comments” as well as inquiries by Baldooni to Lively’s trainer “without her knowledge or consent to disclose her weight” and Baldooni and/or others adding “sex scenes, oral sex, or on-camera climaxing by [Lively] outside the scope of the script,” among other explosive claims.

Baldooni, through his lawyer Bryan Freedman, called the allegations “completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media.”

In addition to producing It Ends With Us through his Wayfarer Studios and starring opposite Lively, Baldooni directed the movie, which tackles domestic violence.
